Abstract

Pengendalian pasokan beras dan minyak goreng merupakan faktor penting bagi perusahaan distribusi pangan dalam menjaga kelancaran operasional. PT.XYZ masih menghadapi ketidakseimbangan antara pasokan dan permintaan, yang berpotensi menyebabkan kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola permintaan, membuat perkiraan menggunakan analisis tren regresi linier, serta menentukan nilai Reorder Point dan Economic Order Quantity sebagai dasar pengendalian persediaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data penjualan historis periode Juli-Desember 2025 untuk produk beras 5 kg, beras 10 kg, minyak goreng 1 liter, dan minyak goreng 2 liter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beras 5 kg dan minyak goreng 2 liter memiliki tren permintaan yang meningkat, sedangkan beras 10 kg dan minyak goreng 1 liter menunjukkan tren yang menurun. Nilai Reorder Point yang diperoleh masing-masing adalah 8,567 pcs, 83 pcs, 50,815 pcs, dan 1,575 pcs, sedangkan nilai Economic Order Quantity yang optimal adalah 3,878 pcs, 269 pcs, 22.220 buah, dan 2.166 buah dengan total biaya persediaan tahunan sebesar Rp 89.510.555. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan kebijakan pengendalian persediaan yang lebih terencana dan berbasis data.
