Optimasi Pengendalian Persediaan Spare Part Fuel Filter Pada Pembangkit Listrik Menggunakan Integrasi Metode Abc Dan Economic Order Quantity

Ketersediaan suku cadang merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga keandalan operasional pembangkit listrik. Berbagai penelitian sebelumnya telah menerapkan metode ABC untuk mengklasifikasi persediaan berdasarkan tingkat prioritas dan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang ekonomis. Namun, penelitian yang mengintegrasikan kedua metode tersebut dengan analisis safety stock dan reorder point pada spare part kritis di industri pembangkit listrik masih terbatas. PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Tenayan sebagai perusahaan penyedia energi listrik menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan persediaan spare part filter bahan bakar yang beragam dari sisi nilai dan tingkat penggunaan. Pengelolaan persediaan yang belum optimal berpotensi menimbulkan kelebihan persediaan (overstock) maupun kekurangan persediaan (stockout) yang berdampak pada meningkatnya biaya persediaan serta terganggunya operasional pembangkit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengendalian persediaan fuel filter melalui integrasi metode ABC dan EOQ. Data yang digunakan merupakan data permintaan, harga, dan lead time periode tahun 2023–2024. Analisis dilakukan melalui klasifikasi ABC, perhitungan EOQ, safety stock, dan reorder point. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ABC mampu mengidentifikasi spare part berdasarkan tingkat prioritas dimana sebagian besar nilai investasi terkonsentrasi pada beberapa item utama yang termasuk kedalam kategori A, sebagai contoh item dengan kode 198321 (14,22%). Sedangkan nilai EOQ menghasilkan jumlah pesanan yang lebih ekonomis yaitu nilai EOQ yang diperoleh sebesar 6 unit, Safety Stock sebesar 20 unit dan ROP sebesar 24 unit. Penerapan kedua metode tersebut berkontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi biaya persediaan, pengurangan resiko stockout dan overstock, serta mendukung keandalan operasional pembangkit listrik melalui ketersediaan spare part yang lebih terjamin.
