Analisis Bibliometrik dan Systematic Literature Review Hambatan Implementasi Blockchain  pada Logistik Negara Berkembang: Perspektif Indonesia

Abstract

Teknologi blockchain berpotensi meningkatkan transparansi, traceability, dan efisiensi sektor logistik, namun tingkat adopsinya di negara berkembang masih rendah. Literatur yang ada lebih banyak menekankan manfaat konseptual, sementara kajian sistematis mengenai hambatan implementasi, khususnya dengan perspektif Indonesia, masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan mengkategorisasi hambatan implementasi blockchain pada sektor logistik negara berkembang dengan fokus relevansi terhadap konteks Indonesia. Metode penelitian mengkombinasikan analisis bibliometrik dan systematic literature review (SLR) berbasis protokol PRISMA terhadap 63 artikel terbitan tahun 2020–2025. Analisis bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer menghasilkan empat klaster tematik utama, sedangkan SLR terhadap 10 artikel dengan sitasi tertinggi mengidentifikasi lima kategori hambatan utama, yaitu teknologi, ekonomi, organisasi, regulasi, dan infrastruktur. Hambatan teknologi dan regulasi muncul sebagai faktor paling dominan, ditandai oleh isu skalabilitas, interoperabilitas, ketidakpastian hukum, serta belum matangnya standar teknis. Dalam konteks Indonesia, hambatan tersebut diperkuat oleh ketimpangan infrastruktur digital dan tingginya biaya logistik nasional. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penyediaan pemetaan komprehensif hambatan implementasi blockchain serta rekomendasi strategis berbasis konteks negara berkembang untuk mendukung perumusan kebijakan dan percepatan transformasi digital sektor logistik Indonesia.
