Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Obat Dengan Metode Inventory Control

Manajemen obat yang tepat merupakan elemen krusial dalam menjamin mutu layanan kesehatan, khususnya di fasilitas tingkat pertama seperti Klinik Bidan Hasmi yang terletak di Desa Tenggir. Proses pencatatan stok obat yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Excel menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti potensi kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pembaruan data, serta kurang efisien dalam pemantauan ketersediaan obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pengelolaan obat berbasis web dengan pendekatan Inventory Control yang dapat diakses secara real-time. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu mengoptimalkan proses distribusi obat dan meminimalkan pemborosan. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap mulai dari inisiasi hingga implementasi. Penerapan metode First Expired, First Out (FEFO) dimaksudkan untuk memastikan bahwa obat yang mendekati masa kedaluwarsa digunakan terlebih dahulu. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membantu tenaga kesehatan dalam mengelola stok obat secara lebih akurat, efisien, dan aman, serta menunjang kelancaran pelayanan kepada pasien.
