Abstract

Penelitian tentang keberlanjutan rantai pasok selama ini lebih banyak membahas aspek lingkungan dan ekonomi, sementara aspek sosial seperti kesesuaian pekerjaan dalam perspektif Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) masih jarang diteliti. Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan literatur sistematis mengenai kesesuaian pekerjaan rantai pasok berdasarkan prinsip DEI. SLR dilakukan terhadap 208 artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam rentang waktu 10 tahun, yaitu dari tahun 2016 hingga 2026. Data dikumpulkan dengan menganalisis abstrak, isi artikel, dan kata kunci. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengklasifikasikan artikel berdasarkan tahun publikasi, jenis publikasi, metode pengukuran, serta validitas dan reliabilitas alat ukur kesesuaian pekerjaan dalam perspektif DEI. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa studi-studi yang ada masih terbatas dalam mengukur kesesuaian pekerjaan secara sistematis terutama dalam perspektif DEI. Hasil tinjauan literatur ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai pola kesesuaian pekerjaan dalam perspektif DEI khususnya pada industri yang ketimpangan DEI-nya terlihat serta menjadi masukan untuk mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran kesesuaian pekerjaan rantai pasok yang lebih baik dan lebih berorientasi pada prinsip DEI dalam penelitian di masa mendatang.
