Evaluasi Ergonomi Postur Kerja Menggunakan Metode REBA dan RULA Pada Proses Pengecatan Bak Dump Truck

Aktivitas pengecatan bak dump truck secara manual memiliki potensi risiko ergonomi yang tinggi akibat postur kerja operator yang tidak ergonomis, seperti membungkuk, menunduk, mengangkat lengan, dan melakukan gerakan berulang dalam durasi tertentu. Kondisi ini dapat menimbulkan keluhan muskuloskeletal serta menurunkan kenyamanan dan produktivitas kerja operator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat risiko ergonomi pada postur kerja operator pengecatan bak dump truck di CV. Garuda Jaya Medan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaire (CMDQ), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), dan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). CMDQ digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi keluhan muskuloskeletal, sedangkan REBA dan RULA digunakan untuk menilai tingkat risiko postur kerja operator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa postur kerja operator berada pada tingkat risiko ergonomi yang tinggi, dengan skor REBA sebesar 10 kategori risiko tinggi dan skor RULA sebesar 7 kategori risiko sangat tinggi. Risiko tersebut dipengaruhi oleh posisi tubuh membungkuk, leher menunduk, lengan terangkat, pergelangan tangan menekuk, serta penggunaan pijakan kerja yang kurang stabil. Usulan perbaikan meliputi penggunaan pijakan kerja yang lebih aman, pengaturan posisi kerja yang ergonomis, pengurangan postur membungkuk, serta pemberian waktu istirahat singkat secara berkala guna menurunkan risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal.
