Analisis Ergonomi Operator Crane: Penerapan Metode REBA Dan QEC Untuk Mengurangi Risiko Cedera

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi postur kerja operator crane di PT Petrokimia Gresik guna mengidentifikasi faktor risiko ergonomis yang dapat menyebabkan cedera fisik. Dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan Quick Exposure Check (QEC), penelitian ini menganalisis postur tubuh operator selama pengoperasian crane. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi kasus observasi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa postur kerja operator crane sering berada dalam posisi tidak ideal, terutama pada bagian leher, punggung, dan lengan. Penilaian menggunakan REBA menghasilkan skor yang menunjukkan risiko sedang hingga tinggi, memerlukan tindakan perbaikan segera. Hasil QEC menunjukkan paparan tinggi pada leher, bahu, dan punggung, yang diakibatkan oleh desain stasiun kerja yang kurang ergonomis. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi penggantian kursi dan joystick untuk solusi jangka pendek serta desain ulang ruang kontrol untuk solusi jangka panjang. Implementasi langkah-langkah ergonomi yang disarankan diharapkan dapat mengurangi risiko cedera, meningkatkan kenyamanan kerja, dan mendukung produktivitas operator. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap penerapan ergonomi di lingkungan kerja industri dan dapat menjadi acuan untuk perbaikan ergonomi pada pekerjaan serupa di industri lain
