Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut pelaku usaha jasa fotografi, khususnya studio foto UMKM di Situbondo, untuk beradaptasi dalam pengelolaan operasional bisnis. Saat ini, proses bisnis studio foto UMKM di Situbondo masih dilakukan secara manual, menimbulkan kendala dalam penjadwalan, pengelolaan data pelanggan, serta pencatatan keuangan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada penurunan efisiensi layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pemesanan paket foto berbasis web yang terintegrasi. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall, mencakup fitur katalog layanan, penjadwalan otomatis, dan pengelolaan data pelanggan. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pemesanan, akurasi pengelolaan data, serta meminimalkan risiko kesalahan dan kehilangan data. Sistem ini efektif mendukung digitalisasi operasional studio foto UMKM di Situbondo.
